Say hello to our creative hustlers!

They do a lot of work behind the scenes, at a computer in the creative office or running around with cameras on set, but don’t be fooled: this talented bunch is the reason StoryMe looks and sounds shiny, sexy and sweet.

Today, we’re putting them in the spotlight. Meet Salva, Fre, Max, Bart, Brecht, Mathieu, Pieter, Hugo, Ruben, Hanne and Jonathan.

Tell us your secret! What puts you in a crazy creative mood?

Fre: Music! There’s a genre for every occasion.

Bart: For me it’s any music by Super Flu that does the trick.

Jonathan: When I get a creative brief that’s just crazy enough to work, it helps me to get extra creative with the illustration and the animation of my project.

Mathieu: Coffee and sleep deprivation.

Pieter: When I want to get my creative juices flowing I just look at my big examples. I browse the portfolios of the world’s greatest animation gods and get inspired.

Max: Weird but true: strict constraints actually help me to think outside of the box.

Brecht: Piles of money.

Hanne: Surprises always come up and I get my most creative when I get to roll with the punches and come up with solutions on the spot.

Ruben: A full stomach and a strawberry milkshake.

Salva: You know what makes us crazy creative? The people around us. There’s a great work atmosphere, which gets us talking about animation and just pushes us to try new things. We also hang out outside of work, and it sparks our inspiration.

Hugo: I like to dive in pretty deep with all of my ideas or projects. The creative process is already crazy by nature, from beginning to the end. But indeed, being surrounded by all of this talent in team crea makes me feel like I am flying over the cuckoo's nest of creativity. Whoooppppp Whoooopppp!
