Communicating about someone's will is, of course, no easy task. The subject is sensitive and the target group is not always easy to reach. That's why we opted for a professional approach with a new creative concept as well as a media strategy to reach the target group of 60-plussers. On the one hand the video will be used online, and on the other hand StoryMe designed digital video cards that will be sent to the target group by post.
